  1. What is the process for scheduling an inspection for the place I am renting?
    To request an inspection, a legal tenant must complete an Inspection Request Form and pay the fee of $20.00 prior to the inspection being scheduled. This form is available to print from our website. For more information, please contact the Housing Inspector at (734) 822-3129.

    When the legal tenant requests a rental inspection, he/she is responsible for the required fee.
