ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS ACTIONS OF JUNE 26, 2017

7.1       Based on the finding that the application meets the variance standards as set forth in Section 17.04.C, Member Padgett, supported by Member Krone, motioned to approve petition ZBA 17-04 4130 E. Ellsworth Road to allow a variance from Article 13, Section 13.06 of the Zoning Ordinance in order to permit a fence extending to the front line of the building at 4134 E. Ellsworth, not to exceed 165 feet into the front yard setback.

7.2       Based on the finding that the application meets the variance standards as set forth in Section 17.04.C, Member Krone, supported by Member Padgett,  motioned to approve petition ZBA 17-05 35 Payeur Road to allow a variance from Article 4, Section 4.19 of the Zoning Ordinance in order to permit construction of the garage addition as submitted.

 MOTION CARRIED


7.3       Motion by Member Padgett, supported by Member Krone, to continue the ZBA 17-06 4523 Connor Drive matter to the next meeting or when the applicant submits another plan.

 MOTION CARRIED

7.4       Motion by Member Krone, supported by Member Cook, to deny petition ZBA 17-07 Aspen Dental on the finding that the variance request does not meet the required standards for a variance as set forth in Section 17.04 of the Zoning Ordinance.
