Assessing Board of Review
The Board of Review meets annually in March to hear property tax appeals at the local level. The Pittsfield Charter Township Board of Review is comprised of two boards, each having three members that are taxpayers in the township. The Board of Review and appropriate Department of Assessing staff work with property owners and, based on the evidence presented, make determinations on each of the tax appeal cases, which can be further appealed to the Michigan Tax Tribunal

  • Public Hearing - Wednesday, March 14, 2018: 1 PM to 4 PM & 6 PM to 9 PM 
  • Correctional Session - Tuesday, July 17, 2018: 1 PM to 2 PM 
  • Correctional Session - Tuesday, December 11, 2018: 1 PM to 2 PM
