This is my final communication to you, following up on my letter from June 23, 2017, regarding proposed street lighting in your neighborhood. As noted in my June 23, 2017 letter, we undertook a second survey in another attempt to get closer to the 75% response rate required by Pittsfield Township to make a final determination on whether or not to pay for installation of street lights in your neighborhood.
I am writing to inform you that the door-to-door survey, conducted by Trustee George Ralph throughout the month of July, once again, fell short of the required 75%. As such, we are closing out the process and outreach activities on this issue.
The archive and history of Pittsfield Township's engagement with your neighborhood on this issue along with results from each of the two survey processes will remain available on our website: /WHstreetlights.
Thank you for your participation and engagement with Pittsfield Township. I look forward to continue partnering with you as we work together to improve the quality of life for all in our community.
