With the adoption of Ordinance No. 336 and ZOA #21-215 by the Board of Trustees at their May 25, 2022 meeting, the Township has authorized the operation of, and provided regulations for, medical marihuana and adult use/recreational establishments within the boundaries of the Marihuana Overlay District. Ordinance No. 336 and ZOA #21-215 went into effect June 28, 2022.
The application process begins with the Township's Municipal Services Department, and all zoning or planning-related questions are to be directed to bestm@pittsfield-mi.gov or (734) 822-2109. Marihuana Permit Applications are available on this webpage or in-person at Township Hall.
