Notice is hereby given that a public hearing is to be held at the regularly scheduled Zoning Board of Appeals meeting on November 28, 2016 at 6:30pm at the Pittsfield Township Administration Building, located at 6201 W. Michigan Avenue.
The purpose of the public hearing is to discuss a proposed variance, ZBA #16-05 (3555 Cloverlawn Ave) from the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of Pittsfield Township, Section 13.06, to exceed the six (6) foot high maximum fence height by two (2) feet in order to permit an eight (8) foot tall fence along the rear yard lot line in a residential district.
More specific information may be obtained at the office of the Township Clerk at the Township Administration Building, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
