Notice is hereby given that a public hearing is to be held at the regularly scheduled Zoning Board of Appeals meeting on November 28, 2016 at 6:30pm at the Pittsfield Township Administration Building, located at 6201 W. Michigan Avenue.
The purpose of the public hearing is to discuss a proposed variance, ZBA #16-06 (501 Green Hills Drive) from the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of Pittsfield Township, Section 4.07, to encroach forty-five (45) feet into a required fifty (50) foot front yard setback in order to construct a new house on a property zoned AG, Agriculture district.
More specific information may be obtained at the office of the Township Clerk at the Township Administration Building, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
