NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a regular meeting of the Pittsfield Township Planning Commission will be held at the Pittsfield Township Administration Building, located at 6201 W. Michigan Avenue on Thursday, August 3, 2017, at 6:30 p.m.
At this meeting, the Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to consider the application of 6510 Crane Road, Zoned AG, Agriculture, for a Conditional Use Permit under the provisions of the Pittsfield Township Zoning Ordinance Section 11.10.B to convert an existing accessory building to an accessory dwelling unit for the property located at 6510 Crane Road, Ypsilanti, MI 48197, tax parcel ID# L-12-25-300-042 in Section 25, Pittsfield Charter Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan.
A legal description for the parcel and proposed plans for the area are available for review at Pittsfield Charter Township Administration Building, in the Clerk’s office, and may be examined until the date of hearing, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Any person having interest in said Township or their duly appointed representatives shall then and there be heard at such meeting or adjournment thereof relative to any matters that should properly come before the said commission.
