NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals will be held at the Pittsfield Township Administration Building, located at 6201 West Michigan Avenue in said Township on Monday, August 28, 2017, at 6:30 p.m.
At this meeting, the Zoning Board of Appeals will consider and hold a public hearing on the following matter:
ZBA #17-06 35 4523 Connor Drive requests a variance from the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of Pittsfield Township, and the net lot coverage as established in the approved PUD Final Site Plan for Arbor Ridge, to allow construction of a patio and basketball court in the rear yard. The property is located at 4523 Connor Drive, Ypsilanti, MI 48197, tax parcel L-12-13-310-019, Section 13, Pittsfield Charter Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan.
More specific information may be obtained at the office of the Township Clerk at the Township Administration Building, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
