[ARCHIVED] WCWRC Notice of Letting Aug. 8 and Day of Review August 21

Washtenaw County Water Resources Commission will open construction bids for Hickory Hollow Sub Drain on August 8 at 2PM and hold Day of Review on August 21, 2017, 9AM - 5PM at 705 N. Zeeb Rd. for Legacy Heights, Kirtland Hills and Hickory Hollow Drains.

The Washtenaw County Water Resources Commission will meet on August 8, 2017 at 2PM at 705 N. Zeeb Road, Room 2010, Ann Arbor, MI 48103 to receive construction bids for the Hickory Hollow Sub Drain. Bids will be opened and publicly announced at this time. Details for this Notice of Letting can be found in the attachment.

The Day of Review is an opportunity to review apportionment of benefit for Legacy Heights, Kirtland Hills, and Hickory Hollow Drains for each parcel and municipality within the Drainage District. A map of the Drainage Districts can be found in the link below or at http://drain.ewashtenaw.org/wrcnotices.

The Day of Review is an opportunity to review the apportionments with the Water
Resources Commissioner or a member of his staff. The Water Resources
Commissioner, engineers and other staff members will be available to assist
individuals throughout the day, and make revisions where necessary. There is no
need to schedule an appointment for a specific time on the Day of Review.
Proceedings conducted at this public meeting will be subject to the provisions of the
Michigan Open Meetings Act. Information regarding this meeting may be obtained
from the Washtenaw County Water Resources Commissioner’s Office located at 705
N Zeeb Rd. Ann Arbor, MI 48103.

You may appeal the Water Resources Commissioner’s determination of
apportionments to the Washtenaw County Probate Court within ten (10) days.
