For the third consecutive year, Pittsfield Charter Township has been recognized by iLabs at The University of Michigan Dearborn for its work to foster entrepreneurial growth and economic development.
Researchers at iLabs, in The University of Michigan’s Center for Innovation Research, conduct an annual study measuring a communities’ effect on the State of Michigan’s economic success. This year, their eCities study has placed Pittsfield Charter Township in a select group of communities who’ve been awarded the eCities 2017 4-Star Communities title for clearly identifying and executing a plan that cultivates economic success.
