Join WCRC staff at an informational open house on Thursday, May 17 from 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM at the York Township Hall, 11560 Stony Creek Road, Milan, MI 48160. WCRC staff will be in attendance to share construction details about the planned roundabout at the intersection of Moon Road and Bemis Road on the border of York and Pittsfield Townships.
During this project the WCRC and its contractors will:
Replace the current four-way stop intersection with a single lane roundabout. The roundabout will be similar to the one built at Ann Arbor-Saline Road and Textile Road in 2016.
Project Timeline:
It is estimated WCRC and its contractor will take 3-4 weeks to build the roundabout, weather pending. During this time, the intersection will be completely closed to traffic and a detour will be posted. Construction is expected to occur this Fall.
