[ARCHIVED] Notice of Adoption of Ordinance #332 - Youth Tobacco

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Ordinance #332 - Youth Tobacco was adopted on May 23, 2018, and takes effect on July 1, 2018.

Ordinance #332 adds section 14.44.1 Electronic Cigarettes, Chapter 14, Article XII Youth Tobacco to the Pittsfield Charter Township Code of Ordinances.

Ordinance #332 was introduced at a regular meeting of the Township Board of Trustees held on May 9, 2018 and was adopted at the regular meeting on May 23, 2018, and takes effect on July 1, 2018.
