At the September 4, 2014 regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission, located at the Township Administration Building, 6201 W. Michigan Avenue, Ann Arbor, Michigan, the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider application of Rave Cinemas Land Division, for a Conditional Use Permit under the provision of Article 4, Section 4.21.B, of the Pittsfield Charter Zoning Ordinance; to permit a theater, located at 4100 Carpenter Road, tax parcel L-12-14-100-002, in section 14, Pittsfield Charter Township.
