The Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will begin roadside brush control operations in August. The program is designed to contain roadside brush that,
if left unchecked, could obstruct motorists’ vision, create drainage problems or cause snow/ice problems. The WCRC uses an integrated approach to control roadside brush and branches using: hand cutting, mechanical device, and herbicides.
