At 6:30 p.m. at the September 22, 2014 regularly scheduled meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals, a public hearing will be held to consider ZBA #14-02 Gretchen's House - Pole Barn, 4531 Concourse Drive, Ann Arbor, MI which is requesting a variance to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of Pittsfield Township, Article 4, Section 4.16, to allow a 30 foot rear yard setback and a maximum impervious surface ratio of 61% to build a storage pole barn, for the parcel known as L-12-16-365-013, located at 4531 Concourse Drive, in the southeast 1/4 of Section 16.
