NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Zoning Ordinance Amendment ZOA #18-202, Rezoning RZ #18-02 (7800 Moon Rd) was adopted at the December 12, 2018 Board of Trustees meeting.

ADOPTED

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE PITTSFIELD CHARTER TOWNSHIP
ZONING ORDINANCE

By authority of Public Act #110 of 2006, as amended, THE CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF PITTSFIELD, WASHTENAW COUNTY, MICHIGAN, HEREBY ORDAINS:

#18-02 7800 Moon Road is rezoned from an existing AG, Agricultural District to R-1A, Single Family Rural Non-Farm Residential District; for parcel L-12-32-400-010 (7800 Moon Road), Pittsfield Charter Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan.

On October 4, 2018, the Pittsfield Charter Township Planning Commission adopted the findings of required facts from Article 6.02.B and Article 18.05 of the Zoning Ordinance for a Zoning Amendment Petition in Resolution #1, Findings of Required Standards, and Resolution #2, Recommendation of Approval. Pittsfield Township received petition RZ #18-02 7800 Moon Road on July 20, 2018 requesting a map amendment to rezone from AG, Agricultural District to R-1A, Single Family Rural Non-Farm Residential; for parcel L-12-32-400-010 (7800 Moon Road).

Publication and Effective Date
This Ordinance shall be published in the manner as required by law. Except as otherwise provided by law, this Ordinance shall be effective upon the eighth day following final publication of the Ordinance or at such later date after publication as may be specified by the township board. (MCL 125.3402 and Pittsfield Charter Township 2013 Board Rules)
This Ordinance was duly adopted by the Pittsfield Charter Township Board at its regular meeting called and held on the 12th day of December, 2018, and was ordered given publication in the manner required by law.
