NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an electronic meeting of the Pittsfield Township Planning Commission will be held on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at 6:30 p.m.
At this meeting, the Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing, WP 20-04 Arbor Oaks, and consider the application for a Wetland Permit to consider a request to construct an 88-unit site condominium. The development will impact 1.04 acres of regulated wetlands. To compensate for proposed permanent impacts to on-site Township-regulated wetland areas, the plan incorporates two (2) areas of on-site wetland mitigation totaling 1.615 acres (0.22-acre & 1.395 acres). The site is located on the east side of Platt Road, just south of Michigan Avenue, tax parcel L-12-26-300-031 in Section 26, Pittsfield Charter Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan.
In compliance with PA 228 of 2020, the Pittsfield Township Planning Commission will conduct its meeting electronically. Public participation at the Planning Commission meeting will be via teleconference and videoconference in order to reduce the risk of exposure to persons with the COVID-19 virus.
