ZBA 21-02 Wade Perry requests a variance from Article 8.03.B.2. The variance requested is for relief from the accessory structure ordinance to allow for an accessory structure to exceed the maximum height allowance of 14 feet tall. The property is located at 6943 Wildwood Drive, L-12-26-480-007, in Section 26, Pittsfield Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan.
In compliance with PA 228 of 2020, the Pittsfield Township Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct its meeting electronically.
