NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a teleconference meeting of the Pittsfield Township Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on Monday, October 25, 2021 at 6:30 p.m.
ZBA #21-12, 3270 May Apple Court, applicant Jeff and Ann Kennedy requests a variance from the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of Pittsfield Township, and the rear yard setback as established in the approved PUD Final Site Plan for Hawthorne Ridge to allow a sunroom addition to the house. The property is located at 3270 May Apple Court, Ann Arbor, MI, tax parcel L-12-07-210-054, in Section 7, Pittsfield Charter Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan.
In accordance with the Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners’ declared State of Emergency, and in order to reduce the risk of exposure to persons with the COVID-19 virus, the Pittsfield Township Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct its meeting electronically.
