Notice of Public Hearing - ZOA #21-220 - Sutherland Square

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an electronic meeting of the Pittsfield Township Board of Trustees, located at 6201 W. Michigan Avenue, Ann Arbor, MI 48108, will be held on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at 6:30 p.m.

At this meeting, the Township Board will hold a Public Hearing, ZOA #21-220, on a proposed major amendment to the existing PUD, Planned Unit Development. The Sutherland Square development seeks to develop 200 residential dwelling units and 4,500 square feet of commercial space on the 22-acre site located at 6464 South State Road and the vacant parcel to the north. The properties are tax parcels L-12-28-200-005 and L-12-28-200-008 in Section 28, Pittsfield Charter Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan. 

In accordance with the Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners’ declared State of Emergency, and in order to reduce the risk of exposure to persons with the COVID-19 virus, the Pittsfield Township Board will conduct its meeting electronically.

If you have any issues accessing the meeting, please call (734) 822-3120. Further instructions on participating in public comment will be provided once the meeting has been called to order in order to ensure two-way communication between the Township Board and members of the public.

Written comments will be received at until 3:00 p.m. the day of the hearing.
