NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an electronic meeting of the Pittsfield Township Board of Trustees, located at 6201 W. Michigan Avenue, Ann Arbor, MI 48108, will be held on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at 6:30 p.m.
At this meeting, the Township Board will hold a Public Hearing, ZOA #21-218, Swift Run Service Center/Wheeler Center, on a proposed major amendment to the existing PUD, Planned Unit Development in accordance with Section 6.08 of the Pittsfield Charter Township Zoning Ordinance. The Swift Run Service Center/Wheeler Center seeks to install solar arrays, located at the SE corner of W. Ellsworth and Stone School Roads, Ann Arbor, MI 48104. The properties are tax parcels L-12-15-250-005, L-12-15-250-006, L-12-15-250-009, L-12-15-250-010, L-12-15-300-003, L-12-15-300-005, L-12-15-400-007 and L-12-15-400-008 in Section 15, Pittsfield Charter Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan. The parcels are south of Ellsworth Rd between Stone School and Platt including 4160 Platt.
In accordance with the Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners’ declared State of Emergency, and in order to reduce the risk of exposure to persons with the COVID-19 virus, the Pittsfield Township Board will conduct its meeting electronically.
