A public hearing will be held at the regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals scheduled for Monday, January 26, 2015 at 6:30 p.m., to consider ZBA #15-01, Christi Martin, on behalf of Bulldog Provisioning Center LLC, 625 State Circle, Ann Arbor, MI, 48108 appealing the ruling of the Zoning Administrator in accordance with Article 17, Section 17.07 of the Pittsfield Charter Township Zoning Ordinance, regarding the denial of a Zoning Compliance Application and Sign Permit Application for a medical marijuana provisioning center, for the parcel known as #L-12-08-400-005, located at 625 State Circle in the southeast 1/4 of Section 8.
