NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a regular meeting of the Pittsfield Township Zoning Board of Appeals will be held at the Pittsfield Township Administration Building located at 6201 W. Michigan Avenue, Ann Arbor, MI 48108 on Monday, November 28, 2022 at 6:30 p.m.
At this meeting, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing, ZBA #22-09 – 3160 Lohr Road/Kohl’s, Ann Arbor, MI 48108, to consider a request for a variance from the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of Pittsfield Township, Article 15, Section 15.07 to permit signs that exceed the permitted allowance. The property is located at 3160 Lohr Road, Ann Arbor, MI, tax parcel L-12-07-100-012, in Section 7, Pittsfield Charter Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan.
More specific information may be obtained at the Township Administration Building, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
