NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a regular meeting of the Pittsfield Township Planning Commission will be held at the Pittsfield Township Administration Building located at 6201 W. Michigan Avenue, Ann Arbor, MI 48108 on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at 6:30 p.m.
At this meeting, the Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing, RZ #22-04 2240 W. Ellsworth to consider a request for a proposed rezoning from AG, Agricultural to R-1B, Single Family Suburban Residential. The property is a vacant parcel located at 2240 W. Ellsworth Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48108 and is also known as tax parcel L-12-07-300-009, in Section 7, Pittsfield Charter Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan.
More specific information may be obtained at the Township Administration Building, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
