NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a regular meeting of the Pittsfield Township Zoning Board of Appeals will be held at the Pittsfield Township Administration Building located at 6201 W. Michigan Avenue, Ann Arbor, MI 48108 on Monday, April 24, 2023, at 6:30 p.m.
At this meeting, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing, ZBA #23-03 – 5221 Falling Leaf Drive, Ann Arbor, MI 48108 to consider a request for a variance from the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of Pittsfield Township, to allow construction of a 6-foot-tall fence instead of a 3-foot fence within the required 35-foot front yard setback. The property is located at 5221 Falling Leaf Drive, Ann Arbor, MI 48108, tax parcel L-12-23-210-065, in Section 23, Pittsfield Charter Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan.
Additional information may be obtained at the Township Administration Building, and may be examined until the date of the hearing Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
