[ARCHIVED] Road Closure on Munger between Bemis & Merrit, May 13th & 14th for Limestone Resurfacing

On Wed, May 13, 2015, the Washtenaw County Road Commission will impose a daytime road closure on Munger between Bemis and Merritt for limestone resurfacing. These daytime closures are expected to continue until the end of the workday on Thurs, May 14th.

During these daytime activities through traffic will be prohibited and alternate routes are advised. Local access for properties within the road closures will be maintained, however, delays are possible. Please be advised that due to weather conditions, all dates are tentative and subject to change.

To maintain the safety of road crews, motorists are asked to be especially mindful of construction equipment and personnel and reduce speeds accordingly. The Washtenaw County Road Commission thanks you in advance for your patience as we continue our efforts to preserve the county road system.

If you have any questions concerning this road closure, please contact Adam Lape, Assistant Superintendent of Maintenance at (734) 327-6697, or via email at
