Michigan Avenue, Ann Arbor, has been rescheduled for 6:30 p.m., August 31, 2015 at the same location. The public hearing will be held on the following matter:
ZBA #15-05 5166 Forest View Court, Ann Arbor, MI 48108, requests a variance from the Stonebridge PUD Final Site Plan to allow for an attached sun room to encroach fourteen (14) feet into the required forty (40) foot rear setback, at the parcel known as #L-12-19-120-115, located at 5166 Forest View Court, Ann Arbor, MI 48108, in the northeast 1/4 of Section 19.
