NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals will be held at the Pittsfield Township Administration Building, located at 6201 West Michigan Avenue in said Township on Monday, November 23, 2015 at 6:30 p.m.
At this meeting, the Zoning Board of Appeals will consider and hold a public hearing on the following matter:
ZBA #15-09 RAM of Pittsfield, LLC, 5150 Carpenter Road, Ypsilanti, MI, 48197, requests a variance from Section 12.05.K.2 of the Township Zoning Ordinance in order to permit an unpaved, gravel parking lot for use as a truck terminal facility at the parcel known as #L-12-23-100-010, located at 5150 Carpenter Road, in the northeast ¼ of Section 23, Pittsfield Charter Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan.
