NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals will be held at the Pittsfield Township Administration Building, located at 6201 West Michigan Avenue in said Township on Monday, July 25, 2016, at 6:30 p.m.
At this meeting, the Zoning Board of Appeals will consider and hold a public hearing on the following matter:
ZBA #16-01 Verizon Sign-3143 Ann Arbor-Saline requests a variance from the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of Pittsfield Township, Section 15.07, to permit an additional wall sign on the northeast side of the building for the parcel known as #L-12-07-120-003, located at 3143 Ann Arbor-Saline Road, in the northeast ¼ of Section 07, Pittsfield Charter Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan.
