NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals will be held at the Pittsfield Township Administration Building, located at 6201 West Michigan Avenue in said Township on Monday, July 25, 2016, at 6:30 p.m.
At this meeting, the Zoning Board of Appeals will consider and hold a public hearing on the following matter:
ZBA #16-03 4233 Merritt Road requests a variance from the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of Pittsfield Township, Section 13.06, to permit a 6-foot tall fence in a yard adjoining a public street in a residential district for the parcel known as #L-12-25-355-001, located at 4233 Merritt Road, Ypsilanti, MI, 48197 in the southwest ¼ of Section 25, Pittsfield Charter Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan.
