Is there any transportation service specifically for disabled individuals available in Pittsfield Charter Township?
AAATA provides the A-Ride service for travelers who are limited by a disability. Transportation is provided by either taxicabs, small buses or in lift vans. There are also wheelchair ramps available for wheelchair access. A-Ride fares are $1.50 per one way trip and users must have an ADA eligibility card to use this service. To find out if a specific trip is being operated with an accessible bus or to obtain an application, you may call (734) 973-6500 or a request can be filled out online at Ann Arbor's Area Transport website
