Who should I call with concerns about my cable company?
Consumers should first contact their video/cable provider to discuss their concern. If a resolution cannot be reached, contact the Michigan Public Service Commission, MPSC, for help in dealing with the video/cable provider. The State website provides more information about how to file a complaint and Public Act 2009 004. Choose the Video/Cable button from the left menu on the web page.
