Motion by Member Atkinson, supported by Member Krone, to approve petition ZBA 20-07 7930 Whirlaway Drive to grant a variance from Article 4.07.C in order to permit construction of a non-enclosed roofed patio. The variance requested is to allow the construction of the patio and roofed area 13 feet into the required 50 foot rear setback.
